Special changed after my order was placed

<p>I have ordered on 30 November 2016 a number of items from their website. Included in the order was 7 Cabana Stripe Beach Towels. The parcel was delivered on 5 Dec 2016. The deal on their website was buy one Cabana Stripe Beach Towel and get one free. The system charged and the full amount per towel was charged. The assumption was to receive 14 towels. I have immediately phoned in and complained. I was asked by their call centre to send an email which I did. I did not receive any feedback and phoned again today. After numerous attempts I got through to their call centre again. The lady tried to convince me I have received 3 towels free. Their call centre therefore acknowledged the deal of buy one get one free. I went into the online order and to my surprise I have received R40 discount on 3 towels of R119.99. If I knew that this would be the end result I would have bought better quality towels from Makro cheaper than what they offered in the end. What they have done is misrepresentation and de*****ing customers in terms of what has been advertised on the site.</p>
