SOPHIE AND PINKY - MR PRICE HOME MALL OF THE SOUTH

Following my review last week about this particular store and bad service received. 1st and foremost I drove to Clearwater using my own petrol trying to sort out the matter in which that was not considered. I received a call on Friday morning from Sophie who then advised that she tried to call me the previous day and my phone was off and apparently sent an sms which was not the truth at all. NO MISSED CALL, NO SMS. Overlooked this as I wanted the matter to be resolved. She then requested that I must send my bank statement and whatever details she required so that the transaction would be reversed. At first she assured me that the matter will be resolved before the end of day Friday as the documents requested were sent in the morning. Later in the afternoon on the same day she called to let me know that the department that works with reversals have knocked off already and my matter will only be attended to on Monday. MATTER STILL NOT RESOLVED. Fast forward to Monday the 24/06/2019 , I received a call from a lady by the name of Pinky who had no sense of urgency , no apology who was sent by Sophie at exactly 13:00pm to inform me that reversal was successfully done and the money was paid back into my account. ITS WEDNESDAY TODAY. NO MONEY. MATTER STILL NOT RESOLVED
