Somerset Mall SHOCKING Service

I've placed an order online and requested feedback and was ignored for 5 days. Today when I went to collect you said the parcel is not there and you told me to go to a other shop. The other shop told me I must go back to the first shop, when I went back you eventually found the item after making me drive around to find it. The Somerset Mall branch honestly has the worst service!
