sold items reserved for me

i was in store and wanted to purchase your last item and no other branches had unfortunately it was a display item and i had asked for a discount as it was shop soiled. a very helpful gentleman assisted me and was fantastic. he had packed up the item and put it aside and reserved it for me as it was a Sunday and couldn't get authorization for the discount. i returned to the store only to find out that another employee has sold the couch that was reserved for me. Having been the last available couch in the Mrprice Home, i am now highly agitated and upset at the inconvenience that i have to wait for a restock before i can get the item.
