Slow to no response

I have been trying to get in contact with the Mr Price bulk orders department. I tried to contact them through the call centre, I was told I could not speak to them directly but that they would contact me ASAP. I waited a week between contact them again the first time & then had to call them everyday until somebody agreed to try and put me through directly. I then got through to Shihir Singh who at first was very helpful but also very slow. That was last week, despite several emails to him and his team I have yet to have a response! I have no given up & resorted to driving around to all the Mr Price Home's in the Cape Town area to purchase what I am in need of. <br> <br> This is not the first time this has happened. I was in contact with Shihir and his team last year as well with the same result. NO response & me driving around Cape Town buying the stuff from a multitude of stores. <br> <br> 1) What is the point of having an online store which states that items are in stock and then you cant even purchase 4 of them at a time.<br> <br> 2) Why have a bulk orders department which clearly consists of several members of a team when not a single one is able/willing to communicate or help out.
