Slow and Infuriating Checkout
Worst customer experience ever. After waiting in line for more than 10-15 minutes and being ignored by Sales Staff; I finally came to the Cashier to pay for my items.
Then the Sales Staff first ignored me; claiming difficulty with the computer- then going back and forth between different Tills all the time waiting for each computer to reboot.
After another 10mins + the systems rebooted for like the 4th time, the Sale was FINALLY put through... money went off frommy Bank Acc BUT no receipt.
The Staff is extremely helpless and un-knowledgeable and they rebooted the computer AGAIN - and then Staff informed I wait even more so that all the items in my cart can be Scanned AGAIN!
If the money wasn’t already deducted from my account I would have abandoned the Sale, I mean REALLY PEOPLE!?
