Slip & Fall Claim

<p>Due to a slip & fall accident at a store on 31 July 2016 due to negligence of the staff and manager present. They did not even respond to a letter from my attorney for the claim and we did not hear from them. I want to settle this without going to court, but they give my no other choice than to go ahead with summons and talking to the media! I am very dissapointed in the way they treat loyal customers! Attorneys are expensive and I have already had loss of income due to this.</p> <p> </p>
