Sinking whole on a couch

I bought a couch at Mr Price home middle of May this year ,just after few weeks from getting the couch I noticed that there was something wrong with it ,it had a sinking whole in the middle ,I reported the matter to Mr Price and they took back the couch and replaced it with a new one .four months later the new couch again has the same problem as the old .one ,when you sit on it ,you can feel the sinking whole .I tried to call them but was transferred to a furniture department who don't answer the call. Im really disappointed I thought I was buying good quality furniture .and the worst part is that they have passed my account to MBD because I missed one month of payment .before that my account has been on arrears and when I inquire about the arrears ,I was told that its because I pay my acc on the 15th ,of which I clearly told them when I was opening the account that I get paid on the 15th hence I will pay on the 15th ,of which they didn't have a problem ,I guess its because they wanted me to open the account. And three/four months down the line its not ok for me to pay on the 15th ,they told me I must see how I deal with the problem.
