Sinking couch

On the 22 Feb 2020 I brought a couch from Mr Price in zembies, around April I logged for refund/return query as the couch was sinking, I was asked to send picture of the couch and the will attend to my query, nothing was done even after several times calling to check what is going with my query, it's June now I have not received any feedback from them. One will call the customer service centre and will hold for a long time without any assistance. I am NEVER buying from Mr Price again shame......
