Showing out-of-stock items as instock as bait to get money

It's probably been 10 times already that I pay for an item online only for it to be out of stock. You also use a voucher system for refund I never get my money back but I'm forced to buy from you again. I'm tired of this now please verify your stock first! This is a bait to get our money I see because you don't refund in cash. Disgusting indeed! I hope I don't fall for your trap again but then again how would I know?
