Shopping Experience

After a horrible experience of someone using my details at Mr Price and opened an account and when I would ask where the account was opened and what I bought which they were calling me for with no answer, I truly never wanted to ever purchase anything from Mr Price...and till date which I am terrified of using any of my bank cards at the store as i believe the person who used my details was one of the staff members, cannot mention names for legal purposes....but they could not give me a detailed answer of where I opened the account and what I purchased....instead when they call me i must provide them details...It's an experience that has haunted me for a long time because all my purchases at Mr Price have been cash...It's sad that the expense left me blacklisted....But I recently went to a Mr Price Home Woodmead and Luyanda assisted me so amazingly, I truly wish they value staff members like him...He even assisted to purchase my other item online while I waited...His patience and communication made my shopping experience so comfortable. I received my other item which he ordered for me quickly delivered to a store near me which I collected...I am sure to go back to the branch...
