Not only did they fail to deliver my furniture on time, their attitude and incompetence stink like hell! Below are some of the unsavoury characters I've had the misfortune of dealing with, and their corresponding 'contribution':

David Scholtz took 20 minutes to just process a very simple transaction.

Adelah Jordaan (Store Manager) refused to accept responsibility for total breakdown in service, and tried her damnest to defend her *********** staff and even **** about the record of calls I made to the store.

Richard failed to call me back THREE times (yes, 3 times).

Raymond **** about a call from the Regional Manager. Five days later, I'm still waiting....

Nigel **** to me about delivery being 30 minutes away and wasted two hours of my time, and my precious petrol as I had to drive 30 km home from work for nothing.

Natasha (Regional Manager) simply refused to do her job.

Some unknown person answered the phone on Friday with a shocking "Hello, please hold" and kept me holding for more than 5 minutes. Even the Customer Care agent (Terrence) was kept holding for SIXTEEN (16) MINUTES before speaking to a store manager.

Something urgent needs to be done about this store.
