Shop anywhere other than online at Mr Price Home.

Do not purchase online from Mr Price Home. They caused us severe inconvenience for many weeks due to the broken shelf they delivered to us, followed by a total lack of communication and basic customer service. We wasted time and money trying to get through to them and speaking to multiple people at their call centre (who aren't sure what's going on and have not been empowered to do anything helpful) followed by stretches of radio silence from virtually every "customer service" avenue they have. The lack of a simple apology in response to my email shows who they are as a brand, unfortunately. We do have the shelf now. It's the last piece of furniture we'll ever get from them.
