Shocking Service from Mr Price WhatsApp Team

Please don't order from Mr Price online for delivery. I am the General Manager of a Retirement Village and we receive daily orders of furniture, linen, food, chemicals, etc. If you have a problem with an order you then have to deal with an app with a chatbot, but you can ask for an assistant. Who definitely never assists you. An order was placed on the 18th of March, and I am still waiting to receive it and cannot get hold of anyone who can help. They all just say the driver could not get hold of you so the goods were returned to the warehouse. No whatsapp message, no voice message on the phone nothing. The only way you find out is when you query on whatsapp, but when you try to ask for what happens now. They just send a whatsapp that says the following "Should you have any further questions, please fee free to contact us at any time. Thank you for chatting with us and have a great day. Goodbye!" No mention of how we take it forward or when the goods may arrive, or even ask if there is an alternate number they can dial. Nothing. I am infuriated, and also the order is paid on line, and they told tell you how you can cancel it. ***! Furious! I sent messages saying I want someone to phone me - no response! When can I expect delivery - no response! If you can't buy in store don't buy online
