Shocking service from Mr Price online

I ordered an iron online. It is broken and, on top of that, it is a returned item, evidenced by the fact that there is still condensation and water droplets in the water holder. I had to wait over 10 minutes on WhatsApp and the response I received from Swazi was banal and unconcerned. While I was addressing my issues about Mr Price and their shocking business practices, he told me the conversation was resolved!
