Shocking Service from Mr Price Home online

I placed an order online on 21 November 2024 and was told my order would be delivered on 2 December 2024. To date, my order has not been delivered and when I contacted customer care telephonically, I was told that there is no order under my details. They have taken my payment and I have the order visible on my Mr Price profile, as well as a receipt with an order number. I am shocked at the service of such a large retail group!!!! Still waiting for someone from customer services to follow up on my query after numerous emails and phone calls.
