Shocking service from Mr Price Home Online

Don't EVER order anything from Mr Price Home online. I placed an order that was out for delivery (that I paid for, mind you) on 10 November. To date, I have no idea where the parcel is? And neither does Mr Price Home! In communicating with their W/app platform (me contacting THEM, not them contacting me), I have learned that one of the items is damaged. But no further feedback after 2 days of what the plan is...? Send new order? or send balance of order and place new order for damaged item? Absolutely appalling service!
