Shocking Service from Mr Price

I have been tearing my hair out trying to get Mr Price Home to sort out an online order issue. No one is replying to emails! Is your email address *** ?? I ordered a set of lamps over a month ago and you forgot to send the lampshades..now I have returned the items and have had absolutely NO response from Mr Price - this is absolutely SHOCKING service!!
