SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>Its been a week now that I wrote up to their complaints dept advising them of my 3rd pair of cotton pillowcases that was ruined after the 1st wash. The lady Delisha asked for pictures to which I have sent through, however she has not gotten back to me. These pillowcases were perfectly fine when purchased and afte the first wash it was ruined. I thought perhaps I had done something wrong so I went and bought a 2nd pair only to note the same. I then went for a 3rd pair and once again this weekend it was ruined. I strongly suspect that there are others with the same issue but also think that perhaps its something that they are doing wrong, and hence living with it. A waste of my money and to think that I always purchase all my home stuff from here. I followed the care label so there was no conravention. The lady just ignores me despite asking for pics of the care label as well. How disappointing!</p>
