SHOCKING SERVICE

So i had the unfortunate experience to dealing with a Bongi (Manager) who had a bad attitude towards me, i requested for a delivery to be done on the 10/12/2015. Promise after Promise i was advised that the delivery would be made on the 10/12/2015. after having to call a million times doing follow ups with everyone from the store and head office still no one could solve this. Am Gobsmacked by the service that i received. Am still waiting for feedback still on the matter
