Shocking Service

I placed a large order at The Mall of Africa store on Saturday, I was promised a call on Sunday to provide further info on delivery, this did not happen, I was called yesterday morning to advise delivery would be that day between 2-6pm, I had to take the afternoon off work to arrange for the collection of my old furniture, I was advised in the morning I would get a phone call 1 hour prior to delivery, by 5pm I had not received a call, I tried several numbers spoke to countless people to get answers I was finally told at abou 6:30 pm that the delivery company did not even have my items, so no delivery and an empty room sitting on the tilled floor Not impressed, Shen I tried to get more feedback no one was answering their phone
