Shocking service

On the 27th of April I placed an online order with Mr. Price Home. Up to this day 18 May I still have not received it. I even paid for door to door delivery. I have contacted Mr. Price Home on numerous occasions but with no luck. Their call centre and whatsapp service is absolutely useless. Shocking service!! I keep on hearing that they will email the courier, but absolutely nothing happens. I have had to contact Dawn Wing courier myself to find my parcel. Let me not start on Dawn Wing. Absolutely despicable service!! I will never order from Mr Price again. No help from them. Cannot complain about the service as there ain't no service!!
