Shocking online service @Mr Price Home

I tried ordering online, but it showed no stock. I tried the store locator, which said 3 sheets, but there was no phone number for the store. The call centre number isnt answered despite me trying several times. I tried the whatsapp line, to which an agent was rude because I didnt have an SKU number for a fitted sheet. Where on the website is the SKU number shown ?? They wont give me a store number to call. They then said, per whatsapp, there is no stock, when the website said there was. No further help was given, and agent abruptly ended the chat. WHATS UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MR PRICE ?? Wow, I'd rather go elsewhere with my shopping if this is your attitude to your clients.
