Shocking Help Service

Shocking Service! 2 chest of drawers were delivered in boxes. When opened for assembling, 2 parts were missing and one part was the wrong one. After communicating with their help emails and not receiving a satisfactory response, I went to the Rosebank branch where the manager Mpho was incredibly helpful and contacted the complaint department. Finally after 3 weeks of my first email, I was informed that they don’t have anymore stock and they willing to collect the chests of drawers and refund me. This was supposed to be done on Wednesday the 8th and they would phone to confirm a time. No phone call. No collection. Mr Price is the first shop I go to find what I am looking for. They products are great. But the service was shocking.
