Shocking customer service!!

I ordered a plamsa TV Stand from Mr Price online, after 7 working days it arrived at my house. The plasma TV Stand required assembling which wouldnt be too difficult if I had received a manual. I called MR Price's customer care centre an hour after it was delivered requesting for them to please send through the manual. I said they could email or whatsapp it to me as I didnt want them to waste time and money by having it delivered to my house- thinking this would be a much easier process for everyone. It has now been 3 working days, 3 x phone calls later to their customer care department, 2 x phone calls to 2 x local stores (Canal Walk & Cavendish) and I have yet to receive this manual which probably only consists of 3 pages. At this rate, I'm sure them delivering the manual would have been quicker. It is shocking that in this day and age, you aren't able to download a manual online or even have it emailed to you. Mr Price, shocking and just disappointing.
