Shocking Customer Service

I placed an online order from Mr Price Home. I found it SHOCKING. Order Placed #***, Order Tracking CR*** firstly, it was delivered to the incorrect address. When it finally arrived at my home, box halfway open and 3 of 5 items smashed to pieces. Only paper wrapping for glass vases and dinner plates. NO BUBBLE WRAPPING. Such a huge box, it could have taken three times the number of items if wrapped properly. I contacted the help centre. They FAILED to reply. Not even worth the ONE star.
