Shocking company policy
<p>I bought curtains from mr price home october2015. When I washed them for the first time it shrunk 10cm. I returned it to mr price and they gave me a voucher for the same amount because I did not have the receipt any more. The curtains was extra length as that is what I need for my windows. Now on my search for new curtains I was told that mr price dont make extra length curtains anymore. I am stuck with a voucher which I can not use and they refuse to give me back cash but they can not supply me with the curtains I need. I feel it is so unfair as I bought it with cash.</p>

Thank you for contacting me but it was a waste of time. Mr Price still refuse to give me my cash back. If this is the way mr price deals with clients I will take it to the consumer protection act because they can not offer me what I need but they dont want to give back my money! And my house is exposed and is a safety risk and mr price just dont care!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!
