Shocking after sale

I ordered items on the 9th of December, received notification that it has been shipped the next day. It has now been 4 working days and no communication after that again. Any courier service usually takes a maximum of 3 days but apparently Mr Price Home takes 5 days to take stock off the shelf to the counter OR from the warehouse to the branch? Then, when I made contact via your whatsapp contact centre, I was told the same as what my online tracking showed. I was also told TWICE that they the ticket is being closed directly after replying to me with the status shipped. WHICH I ALREADY KNOW! I find this RUDE and Lungile can definitely use some customer service training. I had no opportunity to reply and when asked for the supervisor I was told they don't give out that information. The store doesn't answer. The call centre keeps you on an auto system until you give up. NOBODY is saying anything or answering! TERRIBLE service!
