Shipping delay - no explanation
<p>I bought a rug from Mr Price Home on 30th September 2016. I paid an extra R300 for shipping in a 5-7 working day time frame. It is now working day 8 (excluding Monday 03 October and the weekends) of this order and I still haven't received my order. I've had no explanation or correspondence from Mr Price Home. I contacted the online chat and they told me it will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow will be day 9 of the process. Please tell me why I have not been informed of these delays. When I pay R300 for delivery, I expect better service.</p>
