Shame on Online Mr Price Home I ordered a Flat Midtone Mirror in December and I didn't receive any calls from the courier companies but on their report, they recorded that they tried to call me and I didn't pick up which was funny because I didn't receive any call from them as that was enough they return my delivery to their warehouse and then take the product from Cape Town to Johannesburg where they delivered it to another person. Whilst I wait long minutes on a call with the operator every time I call, they will say to me they are well aware of the mistake and they will refund my account and that hasn't happened. Now I'm told that I have to pay for the product I didn't receive.
