Service sucks!

If I could choose no star I would! I ordered a package on the Mr Price App and I had no communication whatsoever, while the app said I would have received it in a week, it took 3 weeks and in that time I was told it would be delivered the next day and they would communicate but nothing. Today they delivered but also did not assemble as I have paid for. I am very unhappy with the service that I got, if you even call that service. I have to wait until they send someone out to come assemble and they said they would email which I have no faith in their communication system!!!!!
