Service None Existant - Quick to take monies

I place and order *** 30 Dec 2014 - QUILTED CHROME CHAIR<br> a few days later it was delivered.<br> I was instantly not happy with the quality for a product for the price they charged me.<br> The wheels we very flimsy and not even welded properly, I was very unhappy and a day after asked them to collect it and refund me, I was told I will not get a full refund, I understood the process.<br> <br> By the 10th of Feb I have not heard anything and logged a complaint via the Mr Price Website:<br> Your request (#225318) <br> Feb 10, 17:08 <br> I have followed the process requested in returning this item, it is still standing here one month later, and can I take this to a shop to get a refund as this is really getting ridiculous<br> <br> I than received a call and was promised that this will be sorted out as a matter of urgency, to date nothing have happened.<br> <br> The wheel has now completely come off from pushing it around in the office, as I have been too scared to use it for that exact reason, and had just left it standing.<br> <br> I am asking now for a full refund on my purchase, which I do not think unreasonable as I have to keep following up with Mr Price and my time and money being spent to do so is more
