Service is beyond repair for MRP Home!

<p>It seems as if the only way I get traction on my order or any type of feedback is if I post a review on HP! Their service is terrible, turnaround time is a century, and promises NEVER kept! I am STILL waiting on my wrought iron scroll daybed that was promsied to be delivered to me from Cape Town, Mossel Bay within 7 days...that was 14 days ago!!! With no feedback/updates whatsoever! I am so incredible peeved. How the hell can you operate a business like that?! GIVE ME MY DAMN FEEDBACK WITH MY BED! And the friggen discount better be 100% this time because the service is unbelievably shocking! Another tip: Stop making promises you cannot hope to keep! Damn it.</p>
