Service Excellence

<p>Myself and my wife were looking to buy the lincon tub chairs as we were renevating our home. we always shopped at other furniture retailers but decided to give Mr Price home a try. we heard that their products where of good quality and did not break after two dinner parties. </p> <p> </p> <p>We went to the Tygervalley branch as Somerset west said they did not have any. thus after first being at the cape gate branch who told us that the only branch that has it is in Paarl. this is however not about the problems but how utterly amazing one manager called Rufus (Somerset west branch)</p> <p> </p> <p>We brought the one chair we had back to be refunded, he didnt give us any attitude. just asked if we could come back after a while as they did not have enough funds. he even called us to tell us we can come through for our refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>he was efficient, friendly and precise and ensured we did not have any further issues. this kind of service is unheard of in this day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Rufus. I commend you for your excellence</p>
