Service Beyond bad!!!

I am maniacally bewildered, overgassted and flabberwhelmed, ****ed, perplexed at the service I received at your store MR PRICE HOME in Pretoria church street.

Your employee by name of MMAPONTSHO MALULEKE honestly need a serious training in customer service.. Her attitude is bad..extremly bad..

Here is the story.." So I Went to this store just few minutes ago making payment , fine your system needed an authourisation code which I completely understand. But instead of calling for authourise, she told me after an hour as the store does not have anyone present at that moment to authourise. That the store manager and assistant were BUSY!!! She eventually called that authourisation after realising im not shaken.. The manager i think is Simon, came within just two minutes ! Upon his arrival, he could see I was dissatisfied with the level of service I received.. He appologise on her behalf ..Fine to cut long story short, I tried to be nice and advice her to always be nice to avoid the complaints. But she told me directly that she doesnt care of those complaint and I can also go to complain because won't be the first time people complain about her and there is nothing we can do. As I was writing her name, she even told to take her surname aswel..

What a day!!!!!!!

I am so done! I was never this shocked in my life. And i am starting to believe she maybe have shares in this company. So Mr price can keep their business, i am so done and i will tell anyone who would love to hear about this service ..its BAD.!!
