Service at Mr Price Home

I'm extremely disappointed with Mr Price Home, currently on the line with customer service who have given me the run around for the past 40minutes. I opened an account at a fourways shopping center after being told about a promotion they have where i's going to get a voucher after opening the account and purchasing with the account. I then did the line manager told me to expect the voucher via sms almost 2 months later I'm told. The promotion was over when I opened and the store shouldn't have said that. I mean this is the reason that motivated me to open an account. The customer care agents are very rude I spoke to about 7 people of those maybe two actually listened to me and tried to assist. I asked to speak to the manager I've been on hold for over 20minutes now. What a service. I'm definitely cancelling and closing this account. This is false advertising and no one wants to be accountable. Nonsense! pure Nonsense! They say calls are recorded, call has been dropped I wish I could share this recording.
