I went to the new Mr Price Home in Menlyn Mall on Friday 19/06/2015. I proceeded to the checkout counter to find that there are 3 staff members standing behind the counter, one of them busy with a customer and two standing around doing nothing. I proceeded to one of the open points only to be told I have to wait and go to the busy point where there is a customer. Why are there 3 staff members and only one assisting customers?
