Save Your Money and Time, lol

My order was promised for delivery Friday 24th March, for which I booked leave from work so I can be available. I had no faith in this being delivered, so I contacted them multiple times on social media to make sure they don't mess me about. This helped as they sent the delivery people who were actually on their way to Worcester that day.

Halfway through the assembly of my product, I realise it wasn't the item in question. I had effectively wasted a leave day. I have since given them morning times for this entire week that I would be available on for a re-delivery and I've been told the delivery people would contact me and they've yet to do this. Granted my delivery fee will be refunded, they claim, but if this parcel isn't delivered by Friday I'm no longer going to be interested and will be requesting a cancellation.

I really don't know what in the Mickey Mouse is happening anymore.
