Sarcastic Employees

I was at Mr Price Home Faerie Glen. I purchased more than R2000 worth of merchandise. When I got home and unpacked my goods I saw that my coffee mugs was not in the bag. I then phoned to let them know about the mistake.I had to explain several times what happened since the employee of Mr Price Home didn't understand me.Then he sarcastically said to bring my slip with. When I arrived there I had to wait in a line again to be helped. And then he just gave me my mugs and said goodbye. No apology for the inconvenience caused by their mistake or sarcasm.Terrible terrible service!!!!
