SANDILE, VINCENT AND SOPHY - MALL OF THE SOUTH - HORRIBLE SERVICE

On the 15/06/2019 I went to Mr Price Home at Mall of the South. A cashier that was helping me was apparently aware that her card machine was giving problems. I paid for the transaction an amount of R530.00 in which I was not made aware that the machine was faulty that led to the transaction to decline however my bank gave a notification that the money went out. A guy by the name of SANDILE insisted that the transaction did not go through and then the transaction was duplicated on the next till in which it was successful, another R530 went off. He then insisted that it will return as a declined transaction by the bank in 24hrs. My issue to him was that I understand what he meant but now the transaction was done in a different machines and that will detect 2 transactions instead of 1. My bank normally sends a correction immediately if I experience the same issue. I then left the store with confidence from what I was told and 15 mins later I went back to the store and told him that both transactions went off . He then assured me that it will return the day after and if it does not I can go to any Mr Price Home with my bank statement and I will be assisted with the refund since I told him that I reside in the West Rand and it will be an inconvenience for me to drive all the way to Mall of the South to have this sorted. 5 days later and the transaction has not returned. I then went Clearwater Mall to have this sorted and my money refunded back to me and I get told that they cant assist me as I need to go to Mall of the South for that. A gentleman who assisted me by the name of Willfred was kind enough to make a call to Mr Price Mall of the South, call was answered by VINCENT who informed us that the store manager was not available , took all the details of the transaction and my contact number and assured me that Sophy ( Store Manager) was going to call me back before the end of the day. I am sitting here and its almost 6pm and NO call has been received and NO acknowledgement of the query whatsoever......AN INCONVENIENCE YOU BRING IN SOMEONE'S LIFE AND LIES TOLD BY SANDILE. DOES THAT MEAN I MUST DRIVE AGAIN AND GO TO MALL OF THE SOUTH ?
