Safety of customers and bad treatment at Mr Price Home Mall of Africe

On the 13th of April 2019, I went to Mr Price Home Mall Of Africa to buy a present for a friend who had a house warming the same day. As I was in the shop, looking for something nice to buy for a friend of mine two ladies approached me, one was very friendly to me and followed me everywhere I went. I started to feel uncomfortable as she went everywhere I went. the other one caused a traffic as I wanted to pass by the passage in the bathroom section. A few seconds later when I tried to reach for my cellphone(iPhone 8) in the bag, it was gone! I told the staff members standing by the door what happened. The reaction I got from the staff members made me angry even more. I was told that I am not the first person to lose her phone in the shop and to my surprise there are no cameras in the shop! I was also told to go to the mall management office to ask them if they will be able to see the footage the entrance of the shop. I was horrified, traumatized and confused of the incident that just happened! No staff member accompanied me to the office, let alone assist me to look for those people in the shop. instead the staff I was talking to kept on saying the ********* are long gone. I was not treated like a customer at all and I am very much concerned about the safety of other customers in the shop as well! A person can get ****ed in the shop and business will go ahead as usual
