Rude, Unprofessional, and Disorganized

Last Night I went to Pay My Mr. Price Account. I have never Encountered such Unprofessional, Rude, and Ill-Informed Staff Members... All of Them. I stood in The Line with My Boys and Other People behind us... they were 09 people behind the Till Laughing Loud, Not Helping Us, Not Looking at Us, not telling Us what is Happening. We waited for a Solid 10min with them talking laughing disrespectful and disregarding Us and then we and other People in The Que just Left... How can You Make Paying The account so Unpleasant... I had to go To Mr. Price Sport in Cresta Mall where they Helped Me. The Gentleman was so Helpful, Friendly, and Professional... Bad Management and Bad Staff at Mr. Price Home Cresta Mall.
