Rude Payment Sms's

I had gone to pay my account in March with my ID as I always do and all of a sudden it was a problem at Mr. Price home in JHB CBD. Before end of April I had arranged to pay after receiving a call from head office and I explained what happened. It was explained that I may with my ID and should I experience and problems I should contact the head office. I had received sms's reminding me of the arrangement made and I must say it is very rude. I had pink eyes and with that to avoid the sms's I had gone with my pink eyes to pay my account at Mr. Price at Trade Route Mall in Lenasia. I paid with my Debit card and got notification that the transaction was successful but never received a receipt because the guy's system froze. Ntozi Buthelezi the supervisor could not assist till i had to put up a performance, she could not even give me her name because I had explained to her I was not well and could not be long in the street. I left and called Head office who told me i need to go back to the store and sort it out. I was called back and told it was fine. I e-mailed 'Dianne Kenneth' a copy of my bank statement as proof that I paid and I just got another SMS saying I Owe Mr. Price
