Rude and Inexperienced Staff

I am a regular customer at Mr Price Home in River Square Three Rivers Vereeniging. The recently opened store was a breath of fresh air in our area, however the till staff are rude and extremely arrogant with no people skills whatsoever, you get responses like WHAT! HUH! when you ask a question. You get stared at while they chat and you want to pay. Telephonic queries are a waste of time as you get past around from person to person. This is a regular occurance and seems to be getting worse PLEASE PLEASE these people need some training.
