I made an orde on Mr price home,pd for it and was informed that delivery will take 3-5working days. On the 5th day, the courier City logistics sends me an sms to confirm delivery. I call them back and confirm date and time. On the agreed day and time, the dont pitch up or call to inform me whats gng on. I call the City logistics and even called the Centurion branch manager....noone gives me a decent explanation about why my goods were not delivered, someone at City loogistics even went to the extent of telling me that they also outsource the deliveries.

MR price home, is this your customer service? How do you expect customers to track their goods when you are outsourcing deliveries to 2different couriers. Now I dont even know where my goods are , with who and when I will get them. Your online service us xrap, that track and trace on your website...is liessss
