Ridiculous Service

I ordered a number of items from Mr Price home online over two weeks ago and my items have still not been delivered. Every time I try and call, no one seems to want to deal with me, or when I finally get through to someone, empty promises are made about delivery however the promises are never met.

I am extremely disappointed in Mr Price home and their management and customer service. If they would just be honest and realistic in the expectations they set, I'd be happy, but instead they have let me down with false expectations and have they have not delivered on the service they provide.
