Ridiculous Online Service

Mr Price Home's online store has been giving me troubles for approx 2 months now... My dad sent me a gift voucher for my birthday, but every time I try to place my order, there's an "unexpected error"... And if that's not enough to put one off: NOW my voucher is inactive as well!!! I phoned the customer service desk last week and they advised that my voucher error has been resolved and that it will be reactivated within 24 hours - it has now been close to a week since I phoned the 1st time, but the problem perseveres... I honestly don't even even want to purchase anything anymore - I'm THAT frustrated and disappointed!!!
