Ridiculous delivery time
Why does Mr Price Home even have a feature to order online if it takes so long!! Ordered something simple - oven gloves and s**** rest 10 June to collect at a branch . Not able to track my order so contacted them via whatsapp only to be told once you have placed your order it still takes another 5-7 business days to deliver. REALLY!!! Why so long if you collecting from a branch?? Will never order from them again and in fact because of this will actually not even support Mr Price Home again !!!!

17 Jun 2025, 12:47So after an e-mail to apologize etc I was told the courier had been notified to almost fast track this parcel. I e-mailed the gentleman from Mr Price Home again to follow up but no reply. And to my surprise when I happened to log into the Mr Price Home App on Saturday I saw the parcel was ready for collection at the store Friday already. Received no notification, no e-mail - nothing. I will honestly never order from Mr Price Home again and in fact will actually not even shop in store anymore. Shocking service!!! And this for oven gloves and s**** rest - imagine ordering something larger !!!!
