Returns Issues

I purchased a duvet set at Mr Price Home Kimberly only to discover upon opening it that the item has a factory fault tear. Took the item back to Mr Price Home in Kuruman on Sunday , staff on duty said they do not know how returns work and have to wait for the manager and requested I leave the item there with my contact details. Thus far no one has contacted me and when I go there today , they tell me that staff that were on duty are not in and they know nothing of the parcel and I must come back tomorrow when that staff member is back. The incompetence and inconvenience to me clearly is no matter to them. I thought MR Price Home is a group company and you can return goods to any store especially if you were visiting a town or passing through and bought something there..But No , not in Kuruman
