Return denied - can i have my money back PLEASE!!!

<p>I visited Mr Price Home on Argyle Road Durban on the 19th October(day before my son was delivered) to buy bedding for my son's custom made cot. Unfortunately i had the wrong dimensions for the cot so i ended up with the wrong size matress and bedding. I couldn't return it the same day as i was booked for C Section the next day so i had to stay home and do my last preparations. The following week on Tuesday the 25th October, i went back to the shop to return the sealed items as i was not going to use any of it and unforntunately when i looked in the bag where i thought the receipt was in there was none. So i explained to them that the items are sealed but i just can't find the receipt. I was told i cannot return the items without the receipt, i would have to get a voucher. I advised them that i do not need a voucher as i had everything i need already bought from the same shop and R830 is a lot of money to receive a voucher on when i still need to go and source the bedding for the cot elsewhere, where is that money going to come from? I gave up in the end and left a very unhappy customer. All i need is to return the items and get my money back just as i would in any other decent shop. I still don't have bedding for the cot coz the money for it is stuck at Mr Price.</p>
